**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Advisor. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their journey with us.
**Responsibilities**
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with patients and communicating effectively with them before and after treatment
- Assisting with patient consultations and practice visits
- Performing diagnostic scans using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a comprehensive health check
- Supporting patients in completing health and lifestyle questionnaires
- Introducing patients to our optometrists and scheduling treatment dates for vision correction surgery
- Providing advice on traditional vision correction solutions, such as glasses and contact lenses
- Discussing finance options with patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records
