**National Account Executive**
Major Tasks
- Develop Joint Business Plan in line with Consumer Health brand and overall Strategy distribution, display, share of shelf % and in-store promotional plan and brand feature activation for the selected brands within your portfolio (circa 20% of total business)
- Tactically implement Channel Strategy, deliver and monitor, monthly, vs. delivery of all financial business targets Sales, Profit, Trade Spend
- Manage promotional spend and activity in line with annual / quarterly budgets, profit contribution
- Lead and manage the e-commerce agenda within the customer, setting the strategy and working cross functionally to deliver against this whilst managing Digital Shelf performance
- Proactively communicate business opportunities / risks with solutions to deliver, in time
- Produce accurate volume and value forecasts to +/- 3%
- Maintain details of competitor activity; monthly retail price check and communicate all potential interface issues / new news within 24 hours.
- Achieve working relationships with all key contacts across channel & specific account
- Takes responsibility for set backs and is able to find effective solutions in a timely manner
- Willingness to proactively take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Adapts interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
- Uses category, shopper and market data to effectively develop a story and better sell to your customer

1. Some experience at NAE level within Consumer Categories
2. Understanding of the total business mix Brand and Trade marketing; brand awareness, supply chain; financial management, e-Commerce
3. Excellent verbal & written presentation, communication, selling and negotiation skills
4. Highly analytical, numerate with an excellent attention to detail
5. Ability to understand & utilise facts / Market Research data to build commercial arguments
6. Ability to work in a high pressure hands-on environment
7. A track record of achieving targets
8. Excellent relationship building skills internally and externally
9. Strong IT and database skills including SAP and EXCEL to advance levels
10. Strong interpersonal skills
11. Excellent project management skills
12. Ability to communicate too and with senior management
13. Proactively speaks out, provides feedback and appropriately challenges
