Qsr National Account Executive

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Full account responsibility and management of key QSR accounts: German Doner Kebab (GDK), Café Nero, Sayers, Coughlans, Regional Cafes & Bakeries.
- Customer relationship: manage the day to day stakeholders and meeting cadence to deliver the AOP.
- P&L: daily management and maintaining accuracy on account performance vs AOP / YoY. Develop understanding of what is driving customer / PEP performance to inform decision making on the account.
- JBP: develop and build customer plans to meet AFH strategic objectives.
- Activation calendar: manage execution of PEP big bet brand calendars.
- Innovation: launch key NPD to broaden consumer appeal and meet key need states.
- Lead the forecasting of volume with supply chain team.
- Administration excellence: manage pricing, new line forms and customer wiring is tracked and organised.
- Internal Scorecard monthly reviews: present in monthly updates what is driving account performance and opportunities vs AOP.
- Opportunity to develop negotiation and JBP experience across different stylistic accounts.
- Hospitality team scorecard. Update and manage financials on weekly basis for channel roll up analysis.
- Support QSR channel lead on key high profile strategic accounts (Subway, Greggs & Pizza Hut). QSRs is a key brand building channel which requires strong wiring with the PEP brand teams to develop national partnerships.
- Create strong internal relationships with supporting functions (Shopper Marketing, Supply, Finance, Category).
- Be the channel lead for in-store kit installation and management. Work directly with customer kit teams to manage requests.
- Work with internal e-commerce team to support on QSR digital strategy & ambition. Building working relationships with key account digital teams to execute plan.
- Opportunity to take on wider AFH tasks which can increase internal profile (PEP Piper, Team R&R).

- Strong drive for results: hunger and determination to exceed AOP.
- Creative thinker and problem solving: challenge the norm and proactively think of new opportunities to drive sales in QSR channel & new business opportunities.
- Financial acumen: being close to the detail and owning your financial performance.
- Manage internal & external stakeholders: develop strong relationships and being a clear communicator.
- Prioritisation and organised.
- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
