Studio Administrator

As a Studio Administrator and Longevity Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about infrared sauna benefits and studio services.
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and aftercare guidance.
Studio Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in sauna rooms and common areas.
- Monitor sauna schedules and assist in coordinating appointments
- Manage daily sales software to accuracy
- Ensure sauna equipment is properly functioning and report any issues.
Assistance with Sessions:
- Assist clients in understanding and properly using sauna equipment.
- Monitor session durations and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Address client needs during sessions and ensure a comfortable experience.
Sales and Upselling:
- Promote studio memberships and packages to enhance customer loyalty.
- Provide information on additional wellness products or services offered.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Support with general administrative duties as needed.
- Wash, fold and replace white goods & towels
**Requirements**:
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness concepts.
- Ability to handle transactions and use of a point-of-sale system.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
