And—Now are looking for a new Studio Administrator with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, to join our thriving creative agency and work closely alongside the design team. We are a small but perfectly formed creative studio based in North London (N4) and we need a loyal, reliable and competent individual to ensure smooth running of the studio.
You’ll be central to the running of the studio, ensuring the team is well equipped to make each and every project exceptional. Additionally, you will assist and help manage our social media platforms.
**Our Perfect Studio Administrator**:
An organised and meticulous individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to ensuring the studio runs efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for purchasing and invoicing. It’s important you feel comfortable juggling multiple things at once, as there’s often a lot going on
**The Role and its Responsibilities**:
- Working 4-5 days a week, flexible with timings (25 - 30 hours). Monday and Friday are from home, Tuesday-Thursday are compulsory in the office (though you are welcome to spend more time in the studio if you would prefer).
- Creative studio administration: including logging designers’ timesheets and accounting duties, such as provision of estimates, purchase orders and invoices.
- Answering the phone and connecting clients with the right person.
- Working alongside the Directors on marketing analysis, research and new business initiatives.
- Managing the social happenings of the studio calendar — birthdays, Christmas and summer parties, socials etc.
- Gathering assets for social media platforms, copywriting captions, posting and scheduling via Hootsuite.
- Day-to-day admin tasks: ensuring the studio is well stocked and the designers have the equipment they need.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft and Excel suite
- Apple Mac literate
- Understanding of Adobe suite
- Understanding of the nuances of social media
- Eye for detail
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Understanding of design processes or creative background preferred
- Most importantly, friendly and seeking a long term role as an integral part of a small and dynamic team.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
