**We are seeking a Studio Assistant to join our team. You will be working in the admin department assisting the design, production and software teams. This is the perfect role to get a holistic understanding of the running of an Artist studio.**

**The Studio**:
**Job Specification & Duties**
- Administrative support for the admin and project teams.
- Assisting with research tasks.
- Arranging logistics -shipping and customs.
- Assisting project procurement and looking after general office purchasing.
- Supporting the Studio manager with HR, and financial tasks.
- Answering and routing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors and making sure they are looked after
- Organisation and upkeep of the studio.
- Facilities management: security, landlord liaison etc.
- Assisting with Health and Safety.
- Assisting with coordinating travel for the team to project and artwork installs around the world.
- Organising company social events.
- Logging deliveries and stock

**About you**:
Essential:

- A demonstrable interest and/or background in Art/Fine Art.
- A ‘self-starter’ - able to work on your own initiative and spot chances for improvement.
- Friendly and confident with a lively personality - we’re a tight-knit studio passionate about the work we do.
- Calm in a crisis and good with urgent deadlines.
- A good head for numbers, organised and detail-orientated.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel/Google sheets.
- Good knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

Beneficial:

- Background in admin within the creative industries is highly desirable.
- Competent with IT (Windows) and able to efficiently troubleshoot.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting software.

A positive and enthusiastic personality is desired above all; willingness to learn and expand skills. We are looking for the right fit to support our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
