**We are looking for FTTP Heads Of Wholesale with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.**

Job Title: FTTP Head Of Wholesale

Location: London

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

**Rate: £95 - 100K Per Annum**

**Day To Day Responsibilities Of The Role**:

- Develop and implement the Wholesale strategy for the company, with a specific focus on FTTP products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with partners and customers to grow the Wholesale business.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to increase Wholesale revenue.
- Manage the Wholesale P&L, including revenue and margin targets.
- Lead the Wholesale team, ensuring all team members are motivated and focused on delivering the business objectives.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that the Wholesale offering is aligned with the companys overall strategy.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Must Have Experience Required / Certifications Required**:

- **Minimum experience of 3 years in FTTP Wholesale Management**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and revenue targets.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful Wholesale strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the telecommunications industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £95,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
