Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator to join their team in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills to join a highly supportive team offering the opportunity for professional and personal development. This is a varied role and duties include:
**Duties include**:
- Process customer orders and dealing with enquiries.
- Forwarding quotations.
- Co-ordinating works with customers and the installations teams.
- Ordering of materials and liaising with suppliers.
- Filing, faxing, photocopying and scanning.
- Dealing with supplier purchase orders & delivery notes.
- Dealing with general enquiries and complaints, seeing them through to resolution.
**Person specification**
- Previous experience in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to problem solve.
- Confident and well presented with a polite and professional manner.
- Good IT skills.
- Numeracy, reading and writing skills.
- Good with people both face to face and on the telephone.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deal with deadlines.
- Team player and also able to work on own.
