Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a friendly, enthusiastic Administrator and receptionist for our client based in Inverness.
As an Administrator you will be assisting across a range of business support processes which may include:
Main responsibilities are:
- General Reception duties, answering phone calls and dealing with queries.
- Organising training courses for current staff.
- Updating reports and spreadsheets.
- Organising apprentice schedules.
- Arranging and recording of holiday requests.
- Assisting with board room meetings, making tea and coffee and arranging lunches.
A successful applicant will require;
- Experience within similar position.
- Computer literate.
- Good customer care skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in Microsoft.
- Commitment to providing a quality business support service.
