Recruitment Administrator

Our client is looking to appoint a capable Administrator to join a busy HR/Recruitment team based in Inverness. The purpose of the role is to assist with communication and administration duties:
Contacting employees (including bank staff) to obtain availability for work.
Updating and maintaining accurate employee records.
Data entry.
Updating documents including staff availability.
Dealing with general enquiries.
Additional administration duties in support of a busy office.
Person Specification
Previous administration experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Ability to liaise with a range of contacts in a professional manner.
Well organised and able to manage a varied project workload.
Strong IT skills including MS Office.
