- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to engage with customers

- Support marketing teams with feedback and insights from customer conversations
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and listening skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence speaking to a range of people over the phone
- Basic computer skills; experience with call systems is a plus
- A genuine interest in customer service and marketing
