**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
- Assist customers by resolving queries or escalating issues where appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Follow campaign scripts and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
- Contribute to team targets and campaign success
- Uphold company values and represent client brands with integrity

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call logging systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus but not essential
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, or customer service

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
