**Service Desk / Administrator** is required to work for a commercial property maintenance company based inDartford. They keep clients’ buildings working and fully compliant, with a focus on preventative maintenance, providing the peace of mind that every building and the tenants within it are happy.

**Service Desk / Administrator Duties**
The Successful Service desk / administrator will be preforming but not limited to the following duties:
- Answering the phone and passing along messages using a basic transfer system
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Answering general queries about services provided
- Dispatching engineers
- General administrating duties
**Service Desk / Administrator Requirements**
- Construction / Maintenance Knowledge is desirable
- Previous experience in similar role
- Excellent problem-solving ability coupled with strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively using the appropriate communication medium to a variety of audiences.
**Service Desk / Administrator Package**
- Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm
- Pension scheme
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
