**Who we need**

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, and self-motivated 14-16 Attendance Officer, to join our high-performing and forward-thinking team, that has and continues to make a significant difference to the lives of students in the 14-16 community. As 14-16 Attendance Officer, you will monitor and report on attendance and punctuality, analyse data to identify patterns and areas of concern, and work closely with students, staff, parents, and schools to reduce levels of absence.

**What you’ll bring**

You will be passionate about the importance of good attendance and the impact this has on academic outcomes, with a belief that all students can achieve.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Attention to detail to ensure the accurate collecting, monitoring and sharing of data.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise caseload.
- Excellent IT skills to work efficiently with a range of systems and processes.
- To use initiative and be responsive to customer queries and concerns.
- Previous administration experience in an educational setting.

Full induction and training will be given to help you succeed in this role.
