**Job Title**: Senior Contact Centre Advisor / Senior Call Centre Advisor
Location: Manchester / Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office (after completing training)
**Salary**: Up to £25,000 plus an on target quarterly bonus

At Simpson Millar, we are actively recruiting Senior Contact Centre Advisors to join our team in Manchester.
You will be responsible for handling new business calls in a professional manner, identify legal requirements and facilitate a smooth transition into the legal specialist and practice areas. It involves working closely with the legal specialist teams and legal practice areas, whilst delivering great customer service on every call.
For this role it is essential that you have previous experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment, as well as working towards KPI’s and targets. We are looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic about helping our clients and the team, as well as having a genuine desire to show the caller/client we care.
Importantly, you will have an empathetic nature in order to deal with the type of claims and/or injury that our clients have suffered.
