**We are looking to recruit a committed and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join the team at Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Services based at their headquarters in Swinton.**

**Offering a 12 month fixed contract, a great starting salary of £20,850, excellent training, hybrid working from home 2-3 days a week, immediate start, free parking and great hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, no weekends or rota shifts**

**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?**
- Using your amazing communication skills to provide fire prevention services to vulnerable residents within the community
- Contacting individuals who have been referred by various authorities who are at risk of fire in their homes
- Putting your compassion and patient into every call to explain the process and book appointments for the fire prevention unit to attend their properties
- Taking inbounds from varies organisations within the community and arrange fire prevention demonstration bookings
- Enjoying a purely phone-based role, working with a headset and CRM database

- You have a caring personality that enables you to put yourself in other people’s shoes
- Have worked in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Outbound or Inbound phone based roles
- Enjoy working with vulnerable people and providing a service that can really make a difference
