A successful finance company are looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisors to join their rapidly expanding operation in Manchester.

If you’re passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and meeting targets, and you enjoy a fun working environment with a supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.

Up to £25,000 basic salary and £35,000 OTE.

**The role**:

- To be the main point of contact between the company and their customers, helping to support them through their journey from start to finish
- Managing your pipeline effectively to maintain contact with your customers
- Contacting qualified customers, dealerships, and lenders daily
- Being up to date on the latest in-house technology and processes, alongside lender products

- Are you upbeat, friendly, resilient and overall a positive person
- If you find it easy to build relationships and rapport with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to do what you do best and be rewarded for it
- All your leads are inbound coming from exclusive partnerships so there is no 'cold calling’ and you will be involved in the customer journey from start to finish.
