Salary & Benefits:

- In addition, you’ll get regular weekday working hours, a basic salary of £25,000 plus bonus, OTE £26,750 (bonus is paid quarterly) and mapped progression opportunities to see your career develop.
- There's 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), an employer contributed pension, 4x DIS and access to our Rewards Gateway scheme. We also operate a dress down policy, we don't believe you have to be suited and booted to perform well in your role, so no need to splash out on new work clothes.

Role Responsibilities:

- You’re going to be first point of contact to any customer who contacts our business,
- You’ll need to be prepared to go to extra lengths to improve their experience with us, but if you’re the sort of person we’re looking for then that’s going to come naturally to you.
- We offer a hybrid working pattern which will see you working from our Central Manchester office for 3 days per week, and from home 2 days per week (after completing your induction training).

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
