Main Purpose: To provide vital support to key departments & stakeholders across the company. You will work to uphold, implement & improve processes across the company to continually improve and build relationships throughout the supply chain. You will also work to support & protect valuable resources including time, money & our people.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying key areas for improvement across the business by observing & analysing current processes and presenting working solutions to increase efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally inspiring positive change.
- Support Production & the whole Experience Team by adhering to working processes & practices ensuring clear communication throughout.
- Focus on procurement process improvement, inspiring and insisting on excellence.
- Help shape the future procurement strategy to ensure long lead times are satisfied and homes are fully ordered for early on as and when spec reads are complete.
- Identifying weaknesses and providing solutions to improving & avoid mistakes happening again & again.
- Engage with the supplier base and key stakeholders, providing a partnership approach
- Help drive change and exploit positive opportunity.
- To undertake all training, including mandatory and best practice training, as required by the business.
- Ensuring the integrity of our core values, ‘Innovation, Inspiration and Imagination’ at all times.
- Raising purchase orders on our accounting & ordering system as and when required - Sage.
- Sending and communicating orders with our suppliers as and when required.
- Coordinating deliveries and proactively chasing materials ensuring they arrive in time to meet the production schedule.
- Assisting in creating specifications, order forms and plans as required by the Sales Team.
- Ensuring each home order has accurate and consistent specifications, order form & floor plans.
- Keeping processes and procedures up to date and always adhered to.

**Vehicles**
- Arranging for the vehicles to be booked into the garage for Services and MOT’s.
- Make sure that when a vehicle is in the garage we have a spare vehicle for the driver.
- Make sure that the vehicle check list is completed fully each week by the drivers.
- If there are any issues with the vehicles make sure that they are reported to you and dealt with straight away.
- Arrange for a hire vehicle as and when required.

**Customer Care**
- Assisting customer care team in booking hotels for the aftersales team.
- Arranging/booking Internals on customer’s lodges.
- Writing up Job Sheets.
- Logging worksheet information onto WIP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,840.00 per year
