Finlake Resort & Spa, part of the Haulfryn family, has a very exciting opportunity for someone who would like to grow and develop within the company as a Sales Administrator.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator who would be happy to work at our Finlake Park in South Devon. The role is working 40 hours a week including Saturdays on a rota basis. This role will be supporting the Sales Executives on Park.

Responsible for co-coordinating a comprehensive, efficient sales, after-sales, office support and reception service for the sales operation, in accordance with the company’s objectives, policies and procedures.

**What Will You Do**- Administers Owner events in co-ordination with the Events Coordinator and Sales Manager
- Liaise all departments & compiles quarterly Owners’ newsletter.
- Maintaining prospect records for sales team after re-contact & sending brochures on request
- Maintains ParcVu jobs for Owner base regarding after-sales & warranty issues, communicating at all times between manufacturers and owners.
- Escalates protracted after-sales issues to the Sales Executives.
- Coordinates with the sales team on the pre-completion of homes in all aspects of transportation, PDI, siting and preparation for handover.
- Liaising with contractors/suppliers for best prices, raising purchase documentation, ensuring services/deliveries/invoices are correct & accurate
- Creating owner files, ensuring all relevant documentation & subsequent correspondence is recorded accurately on ParcVu.
- Ensures highest quality maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of sales ground environment.
- Sets up and maintains a sales / owner key management system and contractor book.
- Coordinates with the Sales team for a timely and efficient completion of sales and owners leaving park
- Ensuring company contractors Code of Practise is adhered to at all times. Especially in relation to the transportation & siting of units.

**What Will You Bring**
- 2 years minimum experience in a customer service/customer facing role
- You should possess a confident telephone manner as well as good written English, computer skills and exceptional customer service.
- Also with the ability to work on your own initiative and be able to demonstrate proven organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, cash handling and administration is desirable alongside a flexible approach to working (including weekends and Public holidays).
- Excellent Customer Care Skills Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
- An eye for quality standards and safety
- A flexible approach to working including weekends and public holidays is essential
