We are looking for a **Regional Coordinator** to join our Environmental division based on Devon. As **Regional Coordinator**you will provide administration support to the operational team, carrying out the effective planning and scheduling of our plumbing & project work. **As a** **Regional Coordinator You’ll Be**:

- Scheduling & booking of planned & reactive plumbing work
- Sourcing & organising of materials and sub-contractors
- Supporting field operatives to allow for successful job completion
- Liaising with customers to ensure job completion records are accurate & successfully issued
- Working as part of the regional or departmental team
- Any other duties as required

**As a** **Regional Coordinator You’ll Have**:

- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong administration and IT skills including inputting data on to excel spreadsheets
- Effective communicator with a good understanding and speaking of English.
- Effective and efficient time management of self and duties.
- Ability to record information accurately and pay attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
- A solution focused approach to problem solving and ability to manage own workload

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
