Salary: £17,558 per annum (FTE £29,263)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Coordinator to join our team on a part time, 12 month fixed term basis working three days a week as a home worker. There will be occasional travel required to our Newton Abbot or Bideford office.
In this role you will manage the delivery of key administrative tasks that underpin the work of Westward Support Services, ensuring that all systems and processes are aligned with the needs of service delivery and business support.
Duties include:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the department's administration
- Producing of a range of monitoring reports and data
- Supporting the management team to identify, gather and disseminate information to all services relating to policy or legislative changes
- Undertaking project management and coordination activities for support services and corporate projects
- Line management for the Support Service Administrator
Is this you?
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office software
- Ability to interrogate different systems to provide high level data for a variety of reports
- Hold an active interest in setting and promoting high standards of customer care
- Experience in project management or coordination role
