Salary: £29,817 per annum
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday as a home worker with occasional travel required to our Newton Abbot office.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of complaints, compliments and compensation claims for the company and provide comprehensive support to the Head of Customer Experience.

Duties include:

Monitoring the progress of complaints, compliments and compensation claims to ensure they are resolved quickly, effectively and fairly.

Ensuring records are updated and recorded correctly on the appropriate IT systems and keeping staff up to date with the progress.

Providing regular reports to the Executive team, including analysis on trends and lessons learnt.

  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to plan and organise work to meet deadlines with excellent time management
