Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring buildings and communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and contractors, offering guidance, support, and a warm welcome to new arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and at times where appropriate, external support services to assist with supporting customers' needs.
- Provide emergency assistance when required, acting swiftly and compassionately.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, their families, and external partners.

About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Scheme Manager - Leasehold and Commercial Services, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience: Essential
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Substantive experience in working with people.
- Customer service and customer care focussed.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience relevant to the role.
- First Aid Training.
- HNC / NVQ in Customer Care or equivalent.
- Working with Warden Call Systems.
