We currently have an opening for an Administrator to support us on our Northern Power Grid Contract working out of a depot in Penshaw, County Durham. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in administration in the utilities industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering calls and taking messages.
- Managing correspondence.
- Ordering supplies.
- Keeping shared office areas organised and functional.
- Inputting and managing data and files.
- Basic financial tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience.
- Working knowledge of microsoft office.
- Good organisational skills.
