This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Resourcing Team within the People Function, as a **Resourcing Assistant**. The role on offer is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Our internal Resourcing Team are responsible for providing a first class recruitment service to the business, partnering with the hiring managers to attract the best talent into our organisation.
You will be an excellent team player who will collaborate with all members of the Resourcing Team, supporting them with their vacancies by assisting with a range of tasks, including; posting adverts, arranging interviews and various administrative duties.
This role is will be predominantly office based, although some home working can be included.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Resourcing Team providing hands-on recruitment support
- Advertise vacancies on various external job boards
- Manage the recruitment mailboxes, dealing with enquiries
- Schedule interviews and assessment processes
- Ensure our HR system is kept up to date with the relevant information and activity for each vacancy
- Complete ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team and department
- Previous experience within recruitment would be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of using MS Office Suite, in particular; Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel
- Well organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy, fast paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative
