**A brief overview of the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn _an excellent salary _whilst training with a well-established company. To work towards a long-term career within Admin and Finance and to gain a _Level 3_ qualification in Business Administration.

**Duties to include**:

- Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
- Use excellent customers service continuously
- Organize and report data
- Managing in house computer systems
- Use a diary system
- Postal duties
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Store and retrieve information
- Scanning documents
- Inputting and reconciling invoices
**Working week**
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Total hours per week: 40

- Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills

**Desired qualifications**
- Grades A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English preferable

- Business Admin Level 3 qualification
- In-house training to be provided by the employer
- Functional skills if required
