Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnering with a Tech organisation on their search for an Accounts and Admin Assistant. You’ll look after the day-to-day bookkeeping and cash management tasks and be responsible for the efficient running of the office, includingorganising cleaning, canteen, stationary etc. While primarily an accounts and administrative position, you will be asked to support the operations, sales and marketing teams in their functions, helping to organise meetings, events and travel.

Experience of the following is required:

- General bookkeeping tasks, including purchase and sales ledger processing, preferably using Xero
- Expense management
- Credit control

While not essential, some basic fleet management experience would be beneficial (servicing etc.), as you’ll be tasked with ensuring maximum availability of our vehicles. Payroll experience would also be a plus.

The role is part-time, around 20h per week and based in Hebburn with flexible working opportunities.
