We are looking for an **Editorial Lead** to provide inspirational leadership, strategic direction and editorial oversight for the publishing and distribution of digital content across our owned, operated and third-party channels.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will lead a talented Editorial and Publishing teams to deliver best in-class storytelling that inspires and connects with our global family of supporters. You will work closely with our Creative and Production teams and alongside Brand & Marketing and Communications, bringing our supporters closer to us with a distinctive, creative and consistent narrative.

**Your day-to-day**
- Drive a consistent editorial vision through our production, distribution and optimisation of digital content across our owned, operated and third-party channels.
- Take ownership of and responsibility for the delivery of content across our Men’s, Women’s and Academy teams - ensuring appropriate resource, talent and products are allocated to deliver best-in-class digital coverage.
- Devise and share content plans with key stakeholders from our Commercial, Communications and Football teams.
- Drive and execute our new membership strategy, with a focus on knowing and serving our supporters better than ever before: what they want, when they want it in line with our values.
- Drive major content activations (e.g. new signing announcements and kit launches) with the aim of bringing our supporters closer into our club eco-system.
- Constantly seek new opportunities to bring our supporters around the world closer to us, using innovative ways to story-tell, engage supporters and deliver experiences that only Arsenal can.
- Promote inclusivity with a view to engaging our supporters around the world and making our content accessible and reflective of our diverse fanbase.

**What we are looking for**
- Good experience of leading and running editorial teams with excellent working knowledge of App, Social and.Com communications.
- Strong experience of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial partners.
- Experience of managing and delivering content in high-pressure environments such as live sporting events.
- Knowledge of the modern landscape of owned and operated platforms, including effective use of analytics and insight to drive improved performance and evolve content ideational.
- Someone courageous who can think differently and try new things, all in the pursuit of progress to differentiate our brand.
- Excellent relationship building and communications skills with people of all levels, and who is always looking to be a team player.
