Skills and experience we'd like you to have Proven Team Leader : You’ve successfully led editorial teams in digital publishing or fast-paced media environments. You can mentor and manage with confidence, and you know how to get the best out of writers, editors and creatives. Audience-Led Storyteller : You think like your readers and viewers. You know how to create content that feels relevant, inclusive and fresh and how to lead teams to do the same. Social-Savvy & Platform Fluent : From Facebook and TikTok to YouTube, X and Instagram, you’re comfortable guiding content that performs on-platform. You’re not just aware of what’s trending; you’re already working out how to make it your own. Collaborative Communicator : You work well with stakeholders across functions, from commercial to creative. You’re clear, approachable, and solutions focused. Balanced and Focused : You can juggle multiple projects, switch gears when needed, and stay calm under pressure. You keep the audience and brand at the heart of every decision.
