What is it really like to work here?

At Wise, we do things a bit differently. There's no corporate nonsense and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in individually responsible teams. Each team owns how they want to solve the problems we're working on together and gets on with it - so there's no micro-management or people telling you what to do. You will get tons of guidance and support from talented, super-smart colleagues from all over Wise. The way we work doesn't suit everyone. But, if the freedom to take on head-scratching professional challenges sounds interesting, we could be a match made in heaven.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.

Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
