**Job Title: Front of House Patient Coordinator
- Administration Assistant for Private GP Clinic**
**Salary - Up to £29,000 per year plus 20days hol plus bank hols and Christmas holidays**
**Hours: Full-time 9am to 6pm Mon - Fri**
**Location: Central London**
**Type of role - Permanent**
**Start Date - ASAP**
**Accountable to: Clinic Manager**
**Our client is a Private GP Clinic based in Central London who are renowned for their work and have a passion for assisting their patients and families through their journey and also looking after their staff. Due to expansion we are seeking a Frontof House Administration and Liaison Assistant who will be the front of the Clinic with excellent service skills and the ability to liaise with the patients daily, assist the team, deal with bookings, appointments, schedules, administrative duties, updatingthe Hadoc system, liaising with patients ensuring they are receiving the very best service from start to finish and working alongside the Clinic Manager for audit and CQC regulation legislation.**

- Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to deal with difficult situations delicately and professionally
- High attention to detail, able to troubleshoot, problem solve and have compliance orientated skills
- Work in a team environment, but also on own initiative with the ability to prioritise workload and able to work to strict deadlines
**Responsibilities**
**Patient Pathway at the start of treatment**
- on a timely basis complete checklist on each patient to ensure all admin tasks are completed prior to them starting treatment
- manage the checklist to ensure screening test results, treatment plan and costs for treatment provided prior to the patient commencing treatment
- liaising with the patient and internal departments to ensure the patient pathway is being adhered to at the initial stage, before the patient commences treatment
- extract reports weekly/monthly and audit to ensure compliance standard met with checklists
- respond to patient inquiries and informal complaints to resolution, escalating when appropriate
- ensure the patient pathway is in line and compliant with guidelines
**Patient Liaison at the end of treatment and ongoing support**
- contacting patient half-way through to ensure all satisfactory
- writing to patients and other professionals or referrers as appropriate
- serves and protects the health care of the patient by adhering to professional standards, clinic policies and procedures within regulations
- assist the Clinic Manager with site preparation of audits with the CQC regulatory inspections
- complete annual mandatory online training and any specific training required to enhance skills and experience for the role
