We are seeking a professional, friendly and well-presented Front of House team member to join our busy hair transplant clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional experience – both in person and over the phone.

You will support the clinical and consultation teams by managing patient enquiries, bookings and records, ensuring every client receives a smooth and personalised service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients upon arrival for consultations and procedures.
  • Assist with hair transplant consultation appointments, including preparing the consultation room and supporting the consultant as required.
  • Create, update and maintain patient files in accordance with clinic policies and data protection regulations.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and online enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Book and confirm consultations, procedures and follow-up appointments.
  • Provide accurate information to patients regarding services, pricing and procedures.
  • Process payments, issue invoices and maintain accurate financial records (if applicable).
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
  • Liaise with the clinical team to coordinate daily schedules and patient flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front of house, receptionist or customer service role (experience within a medical or aesthetics setting is desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using booking systems, CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, empathetic manner.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
