If so, we would love to meet you Dunns Bakery, London’s longest-running family bakery, is searching for a dedicated and proactive Store Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Store Manager to ensure that every customer enjoys exceptional service, every day. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge with us, eager to roll up their sleeves, and committed to creating memorable customer experiences.

As Store Supervisor, you’ll be an integral part of the team, supporting the Store Manager and fellow supervisors in delivering seamless service. This role involves regular shifts (five per week, with more as needed for holiday cover). It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that genuinely cares about both its products and its people.

- Pride in maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, with keyholder responsibilities
- Retail experience, preferably in a similar setting

This position offers 37-40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends, with overtime during peak times. Shifts range between 5:00 AM and 6:30 PM, no late evenings
