We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, passionate and driven service Supervisor to join us in Le Pain Quotidien. We’re a Belgian bakery and restaurant serving simple, wholesome and seasonal food. Le Pain Quotidien means “the daily bread” in French, and like our name suggests, we’re bakers at heart. Although our handmade, organic bread is how we got our start, we serve a variety of healthy options like organic coffee, pastries, eggs, tartines, soups, salads and desserts. At Le Pain Quotidien, we believe that food should be simple, nourishing and delicious. That’s why we source ingredients that are local or organic whenever possible. We also believe in the importance of eating a healthy, plant-based diet, so you’ll find many vegetarian or vegan options on our menu. Le Pain Quotidien Mayfair is close to Marble Arch and Bond Street station and only a few meters away from a busy Oxford Street. We are a cosy, but busy operation with many regulars. Our Marylebone and Hyde Park bakeries are nearby. As a Bakery Supervisor, you will support the Management Team in the running of the store - engaging and supporting the team whilst ensuring the service is running efficiently and profitably. You will be ensuring the standards are met, exceeded and delivered. You will be a Le Pain Quotidien Brand ambassador by demonstrating your product knowledge and genuine pride in what you do and outstanding guest care. You’ll be a naturally positive and energetic person who enjoys engaging with people. You’ll have excellent communications skills, a passion for food, coffee, and guest care.
