**Duties**:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications from and to customers and internal teams
- Manage outstanding customer debt and any process payments as required
- Process policy validation tasks and fraud prevention checks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team growth
- Support the business compliance and regulatory requirements
**Criteria**:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in an insurance / administration environment
- Previous experience with policy administration, validation and payment management
- Passionate about creating value for customers and delight in resolving customer queries
- Good communicator
- Strong organisational, IT and presentation skills
- You’re keen to learn and develop your own skills
- Experienced in building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
