PURPOSE

Join the Dickson business on its journey as one of Northern Ireland's largest independent brokers. We're interested in finding people who have a passion for commitment and hard work, and above all providing great customer service. This role would suit someone who wants to join an expanding business, with potential for further progression for the right person.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Based in our Newry branch, you'll be responsible for helping grow our Household book by achieving your monthly targets, which are based on winning new customers and retaining existing ones
- Offer brilliant customer service by building rapport, asking the right questions, and clearly explaining products and covers
- Look for opportunities to provide other great products to customers
- Work with colleagues across the business to identify prospects for the future

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
