**Administrator (Insurance Industry) - Newry - Permanent**

This position is ideal for someone coming from an insurance background who wants to take their career to the next level. You will provide admin support to a highly collaborative team in an enjoyable working environment.

**Duties**:

- Manage inbound and outbound communications from and to customers and across internal teams, resolving any queries, assisting with document and policy management, managing follow-up tasks and diaries if required
- Follow up on outstanding customer debt and process payments
- Process policy validation tasks and fraud prevention checks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by spotting patterns in customer frustrations to optimise the overall experience
- Help us identify customers who are in vulnerable situations who may requires additional support.
- Work closely with Customer Service team as the first line of defence to help spot and investigate fraudulent behaviour
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements

**Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an insurance or finance environment
- Experience with policy administration, validation and payment management
- Passionate about creating value for customers and delight in investigating problems and queries
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to perform under pressure providing a quick and effective response
- Keen to learn and develop your own skills
- Understand how to work in highly regulated environments but are still comfortable challenging boundaries and driving innovation.
- Experience building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
