**Role**: Logistics Administrator PREVIOUS LOGISTICS - TRANSPORT ADMIN EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED **Rule Purpose**: To assist in running of Logistics and Transport operations. To ensure the provision of an effective and efficient dispatch service to customers. While encouraging good Health & Safety practice. **Responsibilities** - Ensuring compliance of Tachograph Regulations - Fleet Maintenance Management - PSVs, Tax etc - Ensure upkeep and maintenance of EPOD system. - Manage and review Tracking Data - to include monitoring of Driver’s hours and Overtime. - Upkeep of Fuel Cards - Provide cover for the Senior Compliance Manager whilst they are on leave. - Produce weekly and monthly reports on - economy of fleet, Journey routes and all other Company set KPIs. - Completing Accident forms and liaising with Insurance Company - General administration - Adhere to and promote Health & Safety policies and procedures. - Ensure Companies policies and procedures are adhered to. - Report any concerns to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager - Achieve and support the Company’s KPIs **Criterion Essential** - GCSE Maths & English - Proficient in use of Microsoft Office packages - 1-2 years’ experience working with in an Administration role - Ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to work on own initiative - Ability to make decisions - Strong people management skills - Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills - Ability to motivate and lead team - Ability to work under pressure - Customer focused - Excellent communicator - Positive “Can do” attitude - Assertive personality **Desirable criteria**: - Experience working within FMCG or Logistics Department - Working knowledge of IT Warehouse/Logistic Management system - Willingness to undertake staff training and development as required **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company events - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - Life insurance - On-site parking - Private medical insurance - Wellness programme Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Logistics: 1 year (required) TRP "The Right People" are a Recruitment Company acting on behalf of "Our Client" TRP "The Right People" are an Equal Opportunities Employer **Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year Application question(s): - Are you available for an immediate start? - Do you have access to your own transport?
