CSR are recruiting on behalf of our client specialising in construction and fitout across commercial, residential and new builds for an experienced Administrator to join their Newry team.

**The Person**

This role is suited to an individual with previous experience working in a construction /construction related office environment. We are looking for someone with a high standard of IT literacy, strong communication, along with customer service skills and above all an eagerness to make a difference within a busy office environment.

**Main Duties**

Day to day you will play a key part in organising the office, carrying out a range of office duties and liaising with other office staff to deliver a quality service to clients.
- Contracts administration
- document control tasks, source information from suppliers and site operatives to complete manuals
- Routine administrative tasks including typing documents, photocopying, scanning, printing, electronic and paper filing
- To process invoices and costs for approval
- Quality
- update of policies and practices as required
- Update and maintain company record e.g., company vehicle records/travel expenses records/company plant and company asset lists, employee records etc
- Research and obtain quotations from a range of suppliers for a range of services and products relating to the business.
- To receive incoming calls and record/manage these efficiently. Carry out meet and greet duties for office visitors
- Diary management/ PA to the senior management team as and when required
- Marketing
- assist with general marketing practices as well as social media activity on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other similar platforms
- To undertake any other reasonable duties as and when requested by management

**Requirements**:

- 2+ Years’ Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a construction related environment
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above
- Proactive and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure and to deadlines
