Newry, United Kingdom C&N Chambers Seafood Ltd (Kilkeel, Co. Down) Full time

The role is 24hrs per week, 4 working days per week 9 am start to 15:30 each day or if suits you can start earlier and finish early, our office opens from 7:30am. Thursday & Friday are days that is necessary to work but the other days I am open to the individual to choose.

**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Updating purchase orders for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Do daily landing purchase orders for boats & weekly statements.
- Help with Sales & purchase ledger entries.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience with Payroll is a bonus.

**Skills**
- Proficient in computerised systems and office software. We use Xero but training can be supplied.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to the office culture.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
