We are looking for an enthusiastic Part

Part time hours: 20 hrs/week

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recording of financial transactions - raising sales invoices, submitting suppliers' invoices for approval
- Helping with basic office tasks such as filing, answering phone calls
- Preparing correspondence, reports, memorandums
- Maintaining stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Help with weekly financial reporting when required
- Preparing and processing of new starters, leavers and changes to employee details
- Monitor annual leave and sickness
- Organising and maintaining personal records
- Preparing HR documents such as letters to employees
- Maintaining training matrix, organise training as required
- Assist with payroll processing

**Skill and Qualities**:

- Knowledge of Xero accounting software is desirable but not essential
- All training provided
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attention to details, well organised
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages eg Word, Excel, Outlook is essential
- Dealing with confidential information is key

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
