Accounts Assistant/administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an exciting role as an accounts assistant and general administrator. This role will be across 3 trading entities - Bayswater Interiors, Waterspace Living and New and Used Boat Co, and will include the following tasks amongst others:
Purchase ledger data entry using nominal codes/supplier reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Setting up of supplier payment runs and specific bank payments
Sales ledger input/raising of sales invoices
Liaising with sales teams
Assisting managers/Directors with day-to-day general administrative tasks
Directors’ expenses / mileage re charges
A working knowledge of Quickbooks is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Hours may increase from time to time but 5 hrs a day is expected, and we can be flexible at what point in the working day these are to suit. The place of work could include some working from home or Hanbury Wharf, Droitwich, WR9 7DU.
Salary - £15-£18.00/hr depending on experience.
