**Four Squared Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Droitwich based organisation to recruit a Finance Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Financial / Purchasing**
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Matching delivery notes to purchase orders and invoices
- Raising of purchase orders and any related paperwork associated
- Assisting the finance team with any additional tasks
**Administration**
- Being the first point of call for any finance related queries
- General administration tasks such as scanning, filing and photocopying
- Creating and updating any financial documentation
- To assistotherstaffwith generaladministrationdutieswhen required
**General**
- Contribute to the overall ethos/aims and objectives of the company
- Participate in training, other learning activities and performance development as required.
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required
- The post holder is required to be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to equal opportunities, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to the appropriate person
- Compliance with all internal and external HSE rules and proactive in reporting any incidents
**Desired experience**
- Understanding of Microsoft Office packages and working within shared drives
- Experience of using Sage software
- Good knowledge and proven experience of using Microsoft Excel
- AAT level 2/3 or 4
- Previous experience of working within a finance department
**Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to review and adapt plans to meet the changing business needs and/or deadlines
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment and able to prioritise workloads
- Ability to liaise confidently, courteously, and confidentially with internal and external stakeholders
- Must have good attention to detail
