Four Squared Recruitment are supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing business who are looking for HR and Systems Assistant to join them to support their HR function and grow within the business and add value to their recruitment and processes functions.
Reporting to senior Managers and Directors within the team, the HR and Systems Assistant will provide operational and administrative HR support within the business, acting as first point of contact for all HR queries.
This role will be perfect for someone looking for a lasting career with an employer who will invest into their personal and professional development and allow them to go from strength the strength, as the business grows continuously, build their own teamand progress in their HR career.
**Responsibilities include -**
**HR -**
- Absence monitoring
- Recruitment administration
- Staff onboarding and organising new starter inductions
- Deal with general day to day HR queries and escalating where appropriate
- Administration support for employee relations such as grievance, disciplinary, absence and performance
- Pre employment checks
- Collection of new starter references
- Arrangement of training and development activities
**Systems -**
- Co-ordinate and lead internal Quality Management Systems
- Maintain and update QMS system
- Data entry
- Daily administration
- Ad hoc tasks to pick up as and when required to support other teams within the business
**Qualifications and Experience -**
- CIPD Level 3 qualified minimum or working towards
- Previous experience working within a HR role
- Experience with ISO systems would be an advantage
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritising workload
- Confident liaising with external and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and respectful of confidentiality
