A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our brand new and state of the art _**Leading** **Cosmetic Private Clinic in Central London **_for a Clinical Administrator.

You must also be able to prioritise your work, according to daily demands, in a fast-paced environment.

Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Clinical experience is preferred but not essential.
**Administration experience is a pre-requisite for this role.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting and meeting clients
- Preparing and updating patient files
- Updating notes using an online system
- General administrative tasks
- To act as a support to the Registered Manager and other department managers/Directors with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records databases and recording conversations with patients
- To complete mandatory training
- Ensure that all Company’s protocols and policies are being adhered to
- To fulfil any additional duties as reasonably requested and required
