Our Pharmacy services will enable patients to be fully involved in their own care and to make shared decisions about their treatment.What will your duties includeSupports the development validation and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and EPR/Pharmacy automation related medication databases and dictionaries.Provides day-to-day clinical pharmacy services for defined clinical areas.Assures safe and secure medicines management practice in clinical areas.Supports Pharmacy and other multidisciplinary staff to meet their medicines-related educational and development needs.Participates and supports medicines management related innovation.What we need from youCompletion of a Masters degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) - RequiredRegistered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council - RequiredDemonstrable evidence of competence in general clinical practice including medicine and surgery RequiredExperience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements RequiredExperience of working in a hospital and of project related work in this environment RequiredWho we areCleveland Clinic is one of the leading providers of specialised medical care in the world providing clinical excellence and superior patient outcomes for almost 6 million patient visits per year across more than 200 locations.
