We have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Governance Administrator to join our Clinical Governance department here at The London Clinic. This role is based in our Administration Building in Central London **(close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations), **with a competitive salary on offer.**

As a key member of the Governance Team, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Board Support team within Healthcare Governance.
- Job Type:Full Time, permanent position.
- Hours:37.5 hours per week; Mon - Fri within the core hours of 9am-5.30pm
- Location: The London Clinic Administration Building - 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the extensive annual meetings calendar.
- Arrange meetings within the portfolio including setting dates in liaison with the relevant stakeholders
- Prepare agendas and the commissioning of any required reports, presentations or other papers for meetings.
- Write, format, type and distribute minutes as required.
- Collate and issue meeting papers and additional information. This includes providing support to paper authors on content and focus and/or drafting papers as required.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Working experience of health care with a knowledge and understanding of the associated terminology
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role CQC
- Educated to A-level standard as a minimum
- Understanding of clinical governance practice and methodologies
- Experience of establishing good working relations with individuals at all level
