We are looking for experienced Clinic Administrator to work full time in physiotherapy and osteopathy clinic in the City of London. The role is full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable, friendly, and efficient who enjoys multitasking and working with the public. You need to have at **least two years **of experience dealing face to face with the public and multitasking administrative roles ideally but not necessarily in the healthcare sector.

**About the Clinic**

Octopus Clinic is a Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Massage Clinic five minutes walk from Blackfriars station in the City of London. We have been established for ten years and have a reputation for exceptional patient care (we have over 300 five-star patient reviews.)

**Hours, location, and pay**
- Full time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- No weekend work
- No evening work
- Based near Blackfriars, City of London
- Pay dependent on experience

**Overall objectives of the job**:
Working to support clients, the clinical team, and Director to enable the smooth running of the clinic.

**Qualifications Required**:
Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A-C or equivalent

Must have an excellent working knowledge of common IT programs

**Background and experience necessary**:

- Previous experience as a clinic administrator or in a role with similar requirements is an advantage
- Experience and enjoyment of working with the public is essential
- Experience with the end of day/week bookkeeping, billing, and reconciliation.
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Good IT skills

**Principal duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing bookings and running reports using online bookings system
- Taking payments face to face and over the phone
- Issuing receipts to patients
- Working to ensure a smooth running of the clinic including liaising with the cleaner and keeping the clinic tidy and well stocked
- Supporting the Director in finance and marketing activities.
- Supporting clinical staff in their admin tasks
- Billing and reconciliation of insurance company invoices and payments
