Gretna Green are looking to recruit Experience Retail Sales Colleagues for our newly opened Gretna Green Experience. To work as part of a dynamic team at our five-star visitor attraction where quality and attention to detail is essential in promoting andselling the history, experiences and range of products the Gretna Green Experience offers. **Required skills include**: - Prove to give amazing first-class customer service to all customers and visitors - Fantastic communication skills - Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs - High-energy, friendly personality - Thorough buddying training process - learn Epos system to become an accomplished user with a high standard of accuracy - 2+ years’ retail sales experience preferred - Basic numeration skills - Basic IT skills - Interest in building product knowledge. A knowledge of high-quality products and a love of shopping is not essential but would be a benefit - Through following our training programme - to share the History of Gretna Green with our customers and visitors and "sell" the different areas of the business including Hotels - Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team - Ability to adapt and react to customer demographic and volume - Understand the stock rotation/ date checking system for Food products and demonstrate use of completion of relevant forms - Creative eye for merchandising a varied range of products - Basic H&S knowledge - training will be provided - Ability to follow processes and procedures as set by the company - General Housekeeping skills **Hours of work**:Flexibility over 7-day schedules. Seasonal, Permanent, Full-Time and Part-Time roles are available. **Rate of pay**:Up to £9.75 per hour (dependant on age) **Location**: Gretna Green, DG16 5EA
